Dow Corning™ SE4420 Thermally Conductive Adhesive: One part, white, moisture cure, thermally conductive silicone adhesive. Dow Corning™ SE 4420 Thermally Conductive Adhesive is designed to provide efficient thermal transfer for the cooling of electronic modules, including telecom and power supply devices. It is a one-part, white, moisture cure RTV, flowable, thermally conductive silicone adhesive.
