LORD Circalok™ 6702 A/B encapsulant is a high density, thermally conductive, primerless silicone rubber used to encapsulate sensitive electronic modules. Shelf life of each component is six months from date of manufacture when stored at 25°C in original, unopened container.
- Medium Viscosity: this rubber is easy to mix and use. A simple 1:1 ratio saves time.
- Primerless Adhesion: time is saved and labor costs are reduced as primer applications are usually not necessary.
- High Thermal Conductivity: can be used over delicate components where high temperature operations are required.
- Flame Resistant: This material is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories as a 94V-0 material.
